Fresh from the unveiling of their 2018 spring/summer 2018 collection in Milan, Champion and Wood Wood have put their heads together for the forth in the series of their coveted collaborations, combining the former’s iconic sporting prowess with the latter’s clean-cut-yet underground look. The relatively small drop consists of T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and cosy practical outerwear – all classic street pieces that have received a sprinkling of Scandinavian style.

The latest drop comes following the success of 2016’s ‘Romantic’ collection, which became a firm favourite amongst streetwear and high fashion fans alike, with it’s form-meets-function aesthetic playing perfectly into this seasons trends. The capsule collection focuses on tonal autumnal colour blocking and plays with an interesting range of materials, including Champion’s iconic reverse weave fabric, bringing a new dimension to the pieces.

Feature pockets, patches and zippers feature heavily across the collection, adding a contemporary urban touch to heritage sports design. Long sleeve tees pop with flashes of sunset oranges and cobalt blues, all of which are adorned with the ubiquitous Champion “C” logo, as well as the “W.W” of the Danish label.

And it seems that sportswear brand Champion is really going heavy on the collab front this season. Having recently dropped a collaborative collection with Weekday, we’re expecting big things from this latest drop. The curated collection was pre-released by the brands at the end of June, and is now available for you to get your hands on right here at The Idle Man – go check it out.
