What 3 projects that you have been involved in are you most proud of?
When I received my first styling job, when I made my first dress having never touched a sewing machine before, and being stopped and told that someone liked my IG on the street.
What has blogging taught you about fashion – how has your career influenced your style?
Blogging taught me that style is very important, and to dress for the job you want, not the job you have. Blogging has also helped me to become more confident at work.
How would you describe your personal style?
Hmm…a little rock, prep, and a dash or urban. However, my taste changes all the time.
What is your go to outfit?
My go to outfit is a grey crew neck, a light wash 508 Levis with a cuff, and a pair of my favourite converse with a bracelet stack.
Where do you get style inspiration from?
I get a lot of that from Pinterest and what I see on the street.
What advice would you give to someone who is having difficulty developing their own style?
Don’t mimic someone else’s style. Style is unique to the individual. Draw inspiration from online and invest in classic pieces. Also, your accessories should reflect who you are. Confidence is always in style.
What are your fashion dos and don’ts?
Don’ts: don’t wear square tip shoes and don’t match your socks to your shoes.
Dos: try to invest in classic pieces. Shoes and coats are worth the money.
