History of Stan Ray 

Started in 1927s America, Stan Ray was named after founder Earl Ray Beard's first son. After being made redundant from his day job at Kalman Machine Co, Beard purchased several sewing machines so as to set up his worn workwear brand. The company has been manufacturing in its hometown of Crockett, Texas ever since. Up until the 1980s, Stan Ray produced uniform for the army yet remained (they are still to this day) an all cotton product where as the army uniform became a poly cotton mix. Drawing heavy inspiration from their military archives and the American working class, Stan Ray became a hit brand that even stretched as far as the shores of Japan, a country that pride themselves on producing the highest quality garments. The business still remains in Crockett and is owned by the Beard family, making it the epitome of Made In the USA.
