The classic rugby shirt is having a moment.
When worn off the pitch the rugby shirt was once a clear indicator of a public school-educated chap who's always keen for a game of "rugger". Recent interpretations are a far cry from this, with the likes of Acne, Supreme and Patagonia offering their respective variations. Whilst there's a fine line between a preppy Hilfiger rugby shirt and the 90's revival kind, we parking our interest firmly in the latter. Harking back to it's origins, the one common denominator amongst all updated versions is the signature bold and brightly coloured stripes. Originally included as part of the design to clearly define one team from another on the pitch, we suggest you choose your kit carefully.
