How was 2015? Any major highlights?
Crazy. A year with ups and downs. I've been in Paris for one year now, (I’m from Caracas, Venezuela) and so far it's going really well. I've been surrounded by wonderful people that inspire me and help me a lot, each one more talented than the other, and now some of them are my close friends. Highlights? So many.
I worked for the United Nations, got an invitation from Vogue for Paris Fashion Week with Patrick Demarchelier as their main photographer, got to shoot Hana Jirickova, Bella Hadid, Adrian Grenier, Alec Baldwin, bloggers, politicians, models, I even went to the house of the President of France. I’ve been in places I never imagined I'd be. The year was full of great experiences and I’m already crossing my fingers for 2016.
What song have you got on repeat at the moment?
Tame Impala - The Less I Know The Better.
What’s the most important thing about a guy’s style to you?
Probably the fit. There is nothing worse than seeing someone wearing clothes that's not the right size, especially when they're wearing something formal.
What fashion advice do you have for a man?
Less is more. Try to keep it sober, it doesn't mean you have to wear black all the time. Wear comfortable clothes, and if you feel good in what you're wearing then that's all that matters.
What’s the one thing you never want to see a guy wearing?
A really shiny sharkskin suit, or shiny clothes in general.
1 tip to grow your instagram account?
Upload good material, save the rest to Facebook. Also, consistency is very important, otherwise people are going to forget what it is you're doing.
Worst dating experience you’ve had?
I don't date a lot but I remember one in particular. I went on a date two months after I moved to France. At that time I didn't speak French and my date didn't speak English or Spanish. It wasn't bad but when you have to use Google translate on your phone during a whole date you know that's not going anywhere. I even tried a second date, and no, it didn't work. I had fun, though.
Who’s the most stylish man on the planet for you right now?
The first that came to my mind was David Beckham, probably the most easy, along with David Gandy. Bur I’m also going to say Jon Kortajarena. I recently met him in an event in Paris he has good style, I guess that’s why they are the face of so many campaigns these days.
