180 The Strand x FUSE Dimensions

Feature artwork by Mathew Hawtin.

Celebrating the 25th anniversary of F.U.S.E by Richie Hawtin, he and his brother Mathew Hawtin have created the ‘Dimensions’ exhibition at 180 The Stand for the public to view their music and artwork.

The art and music exhibition comes on the 25th Anniversary of DJ Richie Hawtin's music from his F.U.S.E collections from the 1990s to the early 2000s. His music was created in the midst of the experimental techo scene where he created many tracks with other like-minded techno producers and enthusiasts.

The exhibition was originally only supposed to run up until April 7th however, due to popular demand the exhibition has been extended till April 14th. The visitors will be immersed into their 25th celebrations with the exclusive launch event featuring a world-premiere listening session of the unreleased album ‘Computer Space’. There will also be an exhibition of the original artworks of the F.U.S.E. album covers created by visual artist Mathew Hawtin (Richie's brother).

The exhibition will also showcase the re-mastered albums ‘Dimension Intrusion’ and ‘Train-Tracs’, both complemented with unreleased bonus tracks from their previous work. There will also be a chance for visitors to see the promotions for the limited edition vinyl boxset which include the collaboration with Hawtin’s label Plus 8 Records and The Vinyl Factory. The boxset which is set to be released in May (April 22nd for digital) will include ‘Dimension Intrusion’ and the remix EP ‘Train-Tracs’.

Alongside the music, Mathew Hawtin will be displaying his original artwork from the album covers and designs. You will be able to get your hands on his artwork which comes inside the vinyl boxset which he designed himself. You can order your box set here.

Head down to 180 The Stand to catch a glimpse of their work which is still as pertinent 25 years ago, as it is today.
