Last Days Of Shoreditch is undoubtedly one of the best venues east of the city and after a successful summer stint, it is now back for the winter season. 'Winter La La Land' is the latest venture from the Last Days Of Shoreditch team and will see the venue completely transformed for the festive period.
East London is still having a bit of a moment right now and Last Days Of Shoreditch is undoubtedly one of the best places to go. This summer was one of its best and now the venue is opening up shop again for the festive season.
This time around there will be bigger and better events, and the Last Days Of Shoreditch team are really pulling out all the stops. La La Land will be hosting some of the best events that Shoreditch has seen on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and selected Sunday over the next couple of months. Highlights include exclusive DJ sets from the likes of Alex Arnout and Geddes, plus a Love Vinyl takeover from talent like Stuart Patterson and Dave Jarvis. Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be largely aimed at people over the age of 18, whereas Sundays will see more family friendly events put on, with the massively popular Fun DMC putting on a block party.
Food is also a highlight at Last Days Of Shoreditch, with various outlets for you to choose from. Food for the winter period will come from Cheeky burger, as well as Biff's Jack Shack for the vegan people out there. Last Days Of Shoreditch will also be hosting Smokey Tails for the first time ever. Smokey Tails is the brainchild of DJ Seth Troxler, Wildnerss festival co-founder Jo Vidler and flavour technician Bona Ahearne. The popular East London pop up will serve up their best grub, with takes on classic American breakfasts including Mama T's pancakes and crunchy brioche French toast. Smokey Tails will also start to offer a bottomless brunch.
Drinks wise you will be spoilt for choice. There will be drinks aplenty as the Stirred Not Shaken will be serving Ernest Hemingway inspired cocktails, with the likes of Sazerac, Old Fashioned, The Godmother, Hemingway's Bellini and many more on offer. Meanwhile, if that doesn't take your fancy you can get drinks over at the Winter La La Land Hot Bar, where you can grab gave and orange mulled wine, spiked pepper mulled cider, Baileys hot chocolate and Irish coffee.
La La Lan will run 23rd November until Sunday 17th December, so get down there and make the most of the festive season. It will be open every Thursday 5-11.30pm, Friday 5-midnight, Saturday 5-midnight and selected Sundays with various opening times. Entry its free with limited £5 tickets offering a queue jump and a complimentary cocktail.
Personally, we can't wait to get down to Last Days Of Shoreditch and it will definitely be our haunt over the festive period.
