How old when you when you first started to DJ?
I started to DJ when I was a teenager, around 16/17 years old. First in my bedroom and then for my friends, it was really exciting!
What was a fundamental track that made you want to produce your own music?
There were so many important tracks! When I started DJing I was playing all the progressive house stuff from Avicii, Swedish House Mafia, Eric Prydz. Tracks like ‘Pjanoo’ from Eric Prydz or 'One' from Swedish House Mafia definitely pushed me to start producing my own beats.
Tell us a little bit about the mix?
It’s just about the tracks I like at the moment, the main inspiration I guess is the summer and my travels from festival to festival here.
How does it feel playing alongside the likes of David Guetta and Robin Schulz in Ibiza?!
It’s always an honour and a great pleasure! David Guetta’s shows in Ibiza are always incredible, the designs, the production is amazing. I am always very stressed because I want to be on top of my game for these shows!
Have you got any other big plans for the rest of 2017?
Of course, I’ve already played Tomorrowland, but also Parookaville, Panama Festival, Sunrise in Poland, Mysteryland and have South West 4 coming up! A lot of festivals to come this summer. I’m done for Ibiza this year, I played there in June and early July but my schedule didn’t allow me to take more shows on the island.
Any new music in the pipeline for us?
Yes, there is the last big news, my new single, called ‘Pumped Up’, will be out on September 8th!
