We’re extremely excited to hear that the House of Vans is coming to London! If you’re not familiar with the House of Vans concept it’s essentially a “physical manifestation of the culture and creativity that have defined the Vans brand since 1966”.
In other words, opening on 9th August, a unique 30,000 square foot indoor space in the Old Vic Tunnels, will serve as the location for art exhibitions, workshops, film screenings, live music events, and perhaps most importantly; a skater designed and built concrete bowl, mini ramp and street course.
House of Vans will be open 5 days a week, with other events being hosted on the weekends. And the best news of all is that entry is completely free – just what we like to hear.
As part of House of Vans commitment to community, the project is affiliated with three charity partners: Old Vic New Voices, Railway Children and Action for Children.
Keep an eye on the blog for more information about the various events and workshops taking place, in the lead up to the event.
In the meantime why not grab yourself some Vans footwear or apparel from our store HERE.
