We're flying across the globe for a guided tour of Sydney with singer and producer Nicky Night Time.
Check out the rest of the My City guides
We're not sure what hidden gems we'll find in seaside hub Sydney, but with producer, singer, and guitarist Nicky Night Time as our guide, we're guessing we'll see a whole new side of this famous city.
In 2004 Nicky Night Time released the smash hit 'Everybody Together' and exploded onto the charts. He topped the Australian ARIA charts for five weeks running, scored an ARIA Award nomination for Best Dance Release, and it doesn't look like he's going to fade away anytime soon.

Where’s the best place for a first date?
Di O’Razio Pizza. Good vibes, proper Italian staff who have the coolest vibe. Lots of heads pop in so if your date doesn’t work out you can turn it into a group situation.
Where’s your preferred place to chill and clear your head?
Parsley bay boat shed. It over looks Sydney harbour and you can jump off the rocks. Most of the time during the week all my mates are there, but sometimes you're lucky enough to have it all to yourself.
Where serves the best breakfast?
Me! Jamaican eggs baby. I do the best!
It's fried toast in butter with fried eggs in coconut oil, salt, pepper, fresh chilli, coriander, a squeeze of fresh lime followed by sprinkle of caramelised vinegar! Yum! Crack open a coconut and pop some ice in, then add in some rum for hangovers.
Where’s your favourite place to party?
Motorik parties! Beach parties are my favourite when it's summer in Sydney. Just watch your ankles when you're dancing on the sand.
Where’s your favourite place to have a quiet drink?
Freda's! My mates have this bar called Freda's in Chippendale and they throw a night called EUROVISIONS. Dope music, hot women, great vibes and cheap drinks.
How would you describe your city’s style?
Fresh and new. Everyone's always a little healthier in Sydney so I guess they're more likely to spend the day in sports gear. You know the ones - mums that don’t work out but wear sports gear while shopping.
What to wear...
Where are your favourite places to shop?
Nowadays I do most of my shopping online, but the West Hollywood markets are my favourite places to pick up random bits and bobs. Then there's the record shop over the road, which is great for 1st issue cuts.
What song sums up your city?
Haha man, summertime loving maybe.
