In this My City we're traveling to the historic and inspirational city of Rome, guided through the winding roads by music producer and DJ Giorgio Gigli.

Giorgio Gigli's music delivers a mix of ambient electro with a focus on exploring different rhythms and landscapes within the melody. His DJ sets have a unification of dark industrial beats and classic club techno, creating a unique experience for the listener.

Where’s the best place for a first date?

It usually depends on who you're going out with, but as my first choice I'd go to Metamorfosi. It's a special place with a special chef, Roy Caceres, so ideal for a first date.

Where’s your preferred place to chill and clear your head?

I just walk through the streets of Rome whilst listening to music, then make my way to Villa Pamphili park for a jog. I love running!!

Where serves the best breakfast?

Absolutely The Tram Depot. It's located in the heart of Rome, and you can find delicious croissants and very good coffee there. It's an intimate corner in the center of Rome.

Where’s your favourite place to have a messier night?

There are a lot of clubs in Rome where you can have a messy night, but usually on Thursday or Friday, when I don't have gigs, I like to go to Goa Club.
